Instructions on withdrawal from the contract resulting from the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights

As a Consumer (goods purchased for purposes not related to business or professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason.

The deadline to withdraw from the Agreement shall expire within 14 days from the day following the date on which:

  • order received,
  • a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the product,
  • the last part of the order was received, if the order was processed or shipped in parts.

If you want to exercise the right to withdraw from the Agreement, notify us of your decision by sending us a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement before the deadline to withdraw from the Agreement.

Deadlines and costs

The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of notification of the decision to withdraw from the Agreement. The deadline is met if the shipment reaches us before the deadline of 14 days. The customer bears the cost of returning the product to the warehouse. He is also responsible for reducing the value of things resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things.

Complaints about the Goods

The customer has the right to complain about a defective item. You can use either the manufacturer's warranty (if it has been granted and the warranty period has not expired) or the warranty (if the product has a defect).

What should the complaint contain?

  • details of the person or entity submitting the complaint (name and surname, contact details),
  • proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, payment confirmation),
  • information about the advertised product with the order number,
  • indication of the reason for the complaint with a description of the defect,
  • expected way of considering the complaint.

Rules for considering complaints

For each positively considered complaint submitted by the Consumer - as chosen, we will replace the product with a product free from defects, refund the funds, repair or reduce its price, unless repair or replacement with a new one is impossible or requires excessive costs (e.g. if the expenditure purchased by The customer's goods will be exhausted). In this case, the consumer has the right to demand an appropriate price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

The customer purchasing the product for purposes related directly to his professional or business activity (the Customer who is not a Consumer) has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, while the Seller's liability under the warranty for physical defects of products is limited to the Customer's right to demand defect removal. In this case, the Seller shall, at his option, immediately replace the defective product with a product free from defects or remove the defect. The Seller may also withdraw from the contract by reimbursing the Customer who is not a Consumer the price paid for the product with a physical defect.

In the remaining scope, the Seller's liability under the warranty for product defects in relation to Customers who are not Consumers is excluded. Subject to mandatory provisions of law, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's liability for damage caused to Customers who are not Consumers is limited to the amount that such Customer paid the Seller for the purchase of a given product.
